Save the t-shirt image to your hard drive by right clicking here.
Transfer the image onto a floppy disk and take the diskette to
your local novelty t-shirt shop. Select an appropriate t-shirt and
ask the shirt shop employee to use the image on the floppy to make
a "transfer" or a "silkscreened image" for the back of the t-shirt.

Use the downloaded image to make your own transfer using a t-shirt
transfer kit and an appropriate printer. Check the kit for details.
